Happy Anniversary!

Watercolor mountain lake with wildflowers in foreground

March 21st marks a heartfelt milestone—five years since the beginning of Maya’s Artbeat! This wonderful journey has been enriched with growth, creativity, and the unwavering support of a truly amazing community. I am deeply thankful. Whether you’ve been with us from the start or have recently joined, your support is cherished beyond words. From the depths of my heart—thank you! I am excited to see what the future holds for us. With love and gratitude, Maya

Guess what? I’m super excited to share my latest watercolor wonder with you all – the fuchsia cyclamen! Originally, I thought I’d paint this lively botanical beauty later on, but a fun chat with a customer at my art show changed everything. They were all about floral paintings, and their enthusiasm was just the nudge I needed to jump right in! Sometimes, all your creativity needs is a little friendly push, right? Lol!

I am beyond excited to introduce my latest –shirt design, “Oklahoma Sunflower Burst”, beautifully modeled by my newest customer and dear friend, Melissa! She effortlessly brought this one-of-akind design to life with her amazing styling, and I’m so grateful for her kindness in posing for this photo. This piece is a celebration of the vibrant, golden beauty of sunflowers and the fresh, uplifting energy of spring- a perfect way to welcome the season with warmth and joy!!

My watercolor artwork is currently available at Mercy Hospital Gift Shop, located at the main hospital on W. Memorial Rd, Oklahoma City. If you’re nearby, feel free to visit. They offer a wide range of jewelry, clothing, and unique items. I’m pleased to have my work featured in such a wonderful store.

Upcoming show: You can also see my watercolor collection in person at AAOTH in June 12-15.

Kind regards, Maya’s Artbeat
